Part 2: The General Boot Pattern Master the unique geometry of western boots and learn how to draft the foundational general pattern.
Part 3: Creating the Prototype This is a crucial step for boots without laces! We will go through the full prototyping process—from cutting the test leather to actually trying it on the foot to guarantee a perfect fit and easy slip-on.
Part 4: The Complete Boot Pattern Once the prototype is perfected, we will finalize your pattern by drafting all the necessary inner details, linings, and structural components.
Part 5: Cutting, Assembling, & Sewing the Uppers Learn how to correctly cut your final leather, assemble the pieces, and sew the iconic cowboy boot uppers.
Part 6: Insole & Welt Preparation Prepare the leather insole for traditional welted construction, stitch the classic pull straps, and get your welt ready for assembly.
