Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
We aim for your satisfaction and encourage you to fully apply all shoemaking techniques and workflows provided in our courses. We offer a 14-day refund period for online course purchases. To qualify for a refund, you must provide proof of course work and attempts to apply the techniques taught, but still faced difficulties in creating a shoe model.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit email correspondence with Sveta Kletina (instructor), including:
- Your questions and attempts.
- Images or videos of your work.
- Solutions provided and evidence of their application.
- You have recieved her direct email on enrollment.
- Provide images of the shoe patterns you created.
- Submit photos of the shoes you made.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed through PayPal and Raiffeisen Bank.
Fees and Payment TermsPayments are final after 14 days from purchase. All payments for the program must be made in full. If payments are delayed, interest may apply.
Shoemaking Tools & MaterialsAll sales are final. Returns, if accepted, are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be requested within 5 days before the item ships. For any issues with damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting images.
